It all began with small, awakening moments: the realization that to thrive in every aspect of life, whether personal, professional, or relational, one must be fierce. This awakening was not just about resilience, courage, and authenticity; it also signified a transformative mindset. The idea took root after experiencing how leaders drive change, not by conforming, but by empowering themselves first, and then others, leading in a way that is uniquely aligned with their authentic selves.
Although COVID-19 disrupted the world, the concept of being fierce continued to evolve and thrive. The pandemic underscored the critical need for strong, adaptable leadership, reinforcing our belief in the power of "Be Fierce" as a guiding principle. To embody this message, we created a “Be Fierce” WhatsApp group for our friends—a safe space to share thoughts, ideas, and challenges.
The "Be Fierce" movement began to take shape as we realized that every individual carries fierceness within them. Our mission was to empower people to awaken that inner strength, offering bold, transformative leadership that unlocks potential, evolves capabilities, and inspires others to soar. Our early efforts began with online workshops and webinars, initially focused on small number of local audiences in Australia.
The movement gained momentum, and it was then rebranded to “FierceinYou” expanding online workshops to focus on educators with audiences in the United States, the U.A.E., Indonesia, Malaysia, and Canada. Locally, organizations and schools partnered with FierceInYou to cultivate leadership for educators, teachers, and aspiring leaders.
FierceInYou has officially stepped onto the global stage, offering personalised coaching, remote workshops, and webinars to educators and institutions worldwide. With in-person programs now available across all Australian states—and international expansion underway—our mission to “Be Fierce” continues to grow. Through our three-phase journey, we support educators and school communities to reflect, strengthen practice, and drive informed, lasting change—across classrooms, teams, and careers.
